The axial MR has been fused. Unfortunately, the e-contouring software does not allow for the coronal MR data set to be registered, so representative slices can be found below.Assuming a 33 fraction treatment regimen, please use the treatment planning CT to define:Define additional clinical target volumes, including the supra-orbital nerve foramen where gross disease was left behind as well as additional at risk regions based on the above MRI. Select your CTVs from the following dose levels.
