Contour Homework:
Please contour the following:
1) Pre-chemotherapy GTV using the fused pre-chemotherapy diagnostic CT scan labeled to guide you.
2) Post-chemotherapy GTV
3) CTV
4) ITV using the fused 4D CT scan at inspiration breathing phase (CT 0%) and fused 4D CT scan at expiration breathing phase (CT 50%). You may use the CTV 0% (inspiration) and CTV 50% (expiration) which we have contoured for you to guide you.

Participants, please contour the pre- chemotherapy GTV, post-chemotherapy GTV, CTV, and PTV on the treatment planning CT scans below using the pre-chemotherapy PET-CT scan fusion.

1. For Case 2A (free-breathing scan): pre-chemotherapy GTV should start on Slice 62 with the last contour on Slice 122; post-chemotherapy GTV should start on Slice 66 with the last contour on Slice 114. Use the post- chemotherapy GTV to create the CTV and PTV.
