Contour Homework: For this exercise, we will focus on mediastinal disease only.
Participants, please contour the pre- chemotherapy GTV, post-chemotherapy GTV, CTV, and PTV on the treatment planning CT scans below using the pre-chemotherapy PET-CT scan fusion.

2. For Case 2B (DIBH scan): Since the pre-chemotherapy GTV was already contoured on the free- breathing scan, please contour the post-chemotherapy GTV starting on Slice 7 with the last contour on Slice 67. Use the post-chemotherapy GTV to create the CTV and PTV.

PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN FREE- BREATHING AND DIBH IN DETERMINING YOUR CTV AND PTV
