Contour Homework:
The GTVs have been defined for you based on physical examination and the pre-treatment imaging (CT, PET-CT, and MR).

Assuming a 30 fraction treatment, please use the treatment planning CT to define:
Clinical target volumes, selecting from the following dose levels. You may use as many or as few as you see appropriate.
CTV_66 Gy (2.2 Gy/fx)
CTV_60 Gy (2.0 Gy/fx)
CTV_57 Gy (1.9 Gy/fx)
CTV_54 Gy (1.8 Gy/fx)
CTV_51 Gy (1.7 Gy/fx)

Contour as many or as few as you see appropriate on slices: 54, 58, 62, 66, 70, 74, 78, 82, 86, 90, 94, 98, 102

Delineate - CTV_57, CTV_66, CTV_63, CTV_70 , GTV_Rt_Tonsil, GTV_Lt_Nodes, GTV_Rt_Nodes, Rt_RP_node on co-registered slices 71, 74, 76, 80, 82, and 90.

Extra credit: Delineate CTV70BOT and CTV63BOT as the CTVs you would have used if the clinical exam had shown base of tongue invasion on slices 76, 80, and 82.
