Case Description:
65 yo male who presented with a one-month history of word finding difficulty, lack of concentration and short term memory loss.  Seen by his PCP who ordered an MRI that noted a mass in the right temporal lobe.  He underwent craniotomy where pathology was diagnostic of a glioblastoma multiforme.

* Contour the brainstem
* Contour the right and (T) left optic nerves and (T) optic chiasm
* Contour the left hippocampus
* Contour the GTV_4600 and GTV_6000 and CTV_4600 and CTV_6000

Hombre de 65 años que presenta con un mes de dificultad encontrando palabras, falta de concentración y falta de memoria a corto plazo.  Es visto por su médico de cabecera que pide una resonancia que nota una lesión en el lobe temporal.  Tiene una craneotomía donde patología diagnostica glioblastoma multiforme.

* Contorne el tronco
* Contorne los nervios ópticos derecho y izquierdo y el quiasma óptico
* Contorne el hipocampo izquierdo
* Contorne el GTV_4600, GTV_6000 y CTV_4600 y CTV_6000
