Case Description:
78-year-old woman underwent breast conserving surgery and sentinel lymph node biopsy with pathology showing 2.7 cm grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma, ER/PR+, Her2-, +LVSI, negative margins, 1/4 positive sentinel lymph nodes (8 mm with <2 mm ECE).  She is not a candidate for chemotherapy due to medical comorbidities.
