Contour GTV neck, CTV66 and CTV60 on slice 129Hint for homework:1. In this case CTV 60 was used to contour the primary postop site and the right neck, as well as the lower left neck. The lingual nerve pathway was contoured in the right masticator space using CTV542. Closely examine left neck level III & IV (below the left neck dissection). This patient was found to have gross recurrence at the time of simulation which was treated with CTV663.
