With an overall objective of how to treat non-metastatic recurrent disease, this case will include a discussion of how to identify para-aortic nodal disease recurrences and the duodenum. Additionally, this case will describe when to treat with conventionally fractionated EBRT versus SBRT for para-aortic nodal recurrences.
