Case Description:
66 y.o. male with very high-risk prostate cancer (iPSA 86.8, bGS 4+4=8, total of 9/10 cores and 3/3 targeted cores positive, grade group 4, cT1c, iT3b). Baseline prostate volume 67. Imaging with evidence of likely ECE and R SVI. No evidence of nodal or distant disease noted on PSMA PET/CT. Decipher 0.9.
