Case Description:
This Case will discuss EBRT and interstitial brachytherapy for a patient with locally advanced cervix cancer (LACC). The objective of this case is to identify how to contour target volumes for EBRT and brachytherapy for FIGO IIIC2 squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix. Furthermore, this case will explore the different techniques of brachytherapy in the management of LACC, the dosimetry goals for the surrounding OARs in patients requiring brachytherapy, and methods to reduce doses to these OARs.

Homework:
• Contour the ITV_4500 on the full bladder scan at the level of S2
• Contour the bladder on the full bladder scan
• Contour the sigmoid colon on the full blader scan at the level of S1/S2
