65 y.o. male with history of unfavorable intermediate-risk prostate cancer s/p RALP+PLND (iPSA 4.6, pGS 4+3=7, PNI+, EPE+, LVI-, SVI-, BNI-, neg margins, 0/13 LN, pT3aN0). Post-op PSA 0.04 that has progressively risen to 0.23. PSMA PET/CT without evidence of disease
