Case Description:
This is a 39 year old woman with cT3N3 (Group Stage IVA) Squamous cell cancer of the vulva. The patient presents with bilateral labia majora disease with involvement of the distal vagina and distal urethra. The patient has bilateral inguinal lymph nodes including ulcerating left inguinal nodes. The patient will be treated with 50Gy in 25 fractions to elective nodal and primary regions, and conedown to 64Gy total dose in 7 additional fractions with concurrent weekly cisplatin and IG-IMRT.
