The objective of this case is to identify how to contour target volumes for EBRT and brachytherapy for FIGO IIIC2 squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix. Furthermore, this case will explore the different techniques of brachytherapy in the management of LACC, the dosimetry goals for the surrounding OARs in patients requiring brachytherapy, and methods to reduce doses to these OARs. The objective of this case is to identify the primary target and nodal target volumes in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva.
