Case Description:
This case will examine external beam radiation treatment in a patient with non-operable vulvar cancer. The objective of this case is to identify the primary target and nodal target volumes in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva. Of importance in the management of vulvar cancer is the correct delineation of inguinal lymph node target volumes

Homework:
• Contour the tumor GTV
• Contour the bilateral inguinal lymph node CTV at the level of the mid pubic symphysis
• Contour the lymph node on the LEFT at the level of external iliac/inguinal junction
