This will include a discussion of which endometrial cancer patients require EBRT alone versus EBRT + systemic therapy versus vaginal cuff brachytherapy versus close observation after hysterectomy. The objective of this case is to identify appropriate nodal target volumes and organs at risk (OARs) for patients who require EBRT after hysterectomy for endometrial cancer.
