Case Description:
This Case will discuss EBRT and interstitial brachytherapy for a patient with locally advanced cervix cancer (LACC). The objective of this case is to identify how to contour target volumes for EBRT and brachytherapy for FIGO IIIC2 squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix. Furthermore, this case will explore the different techniques of brachytherapy in the management of LACC, the dosimetry goals for the surrounding OARs in patients requiring brachytherapy, and methods to reduce doses to these OARs. 

Homework:
• Contour the HR-CTV
• Contour the LEFT peri-rectal lymph node
• Contour the more lateral LEFT external iliac lymph node at the level of S4
