This will include a discussion of which endometrial cancer patients require EBRT alone versus EBRT + systemic therapy versus vaginal cuff brachytherapy versus close observation after hysterectomy. The objective of this case is to identify appropriate nodal target volumes and organs at risk (OARs) for patients who require EBRT after hysterectomy for endometrial cancer. The objective of this case is to identify how to contour target volumes for EBRT and brachytherapy for FIGO IIIC2 squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix. Workshop:ASTRO eContouring for Gynecologic webinar July 30, 2025Faculty:Dr. Scott SilvaCase Description:This Case will delve into the use salvage EBRT for a patient with a diagnosis of FIGO IIIC1 endometrioid adenocarcinoma previously treated with pelvic IMRT now requiring salvage para-aortic EBRT area after developing biopsy-proven recurrent disease in the para-aortic lymph nodes. With an overall objective of how to treat non-metastatic recurrent disease, this case will include a discussion of how to identify para-aortic nodal disease recurrences and the duodenum. Additionally, this case will describe when to treat with conventionally fractionated EBRT versus SBRT for para-aortic nodal recurrences.
