The patient will be treated with 50Gy in 25 fractions to elective nodal and primary regions, and conedown to 64Gy total dose in 7 additional fractions with concurrent weekly cisplatin and IG-IMRT. With an overall objective of how to treat non-metastatic recurrent disease, this case will include a discussion of how to identify para-aortic nodal disease recurrences and the duodenum. Additionally, this case will describe when to treat with conventionally fractionated EBRT versus SBRT for para-aortic nodal recurrences.
